At Local 120 Events, we believe your wedding day should be remembered for the moments you experience — not the details you had to manage. After spending years behind the scenes managing weddings at one of New Jersey's premier event venues, I witnessed firsthand what makes a celebration truly unforgettable.
I've seen beautiful weddings unfold seamlessly because every detail was thoughtfully managed, and I've seen how quickly stress can take over when couples are left coordinating timelines, vendors, and unexpected challenges on their own. Those experiences inspired the creation of Local 120 Events.
Our name is deeply personal. "120" represents January 20th — my own wedding date — a reminder of the joy, excitement, and significance that every couple deserves to experience on their wedding day. The word "Local" reflects our commitment to serving our community with genuine care while building lasting relationships with local venues and wedding professionals.
We specialize in Wedding Day Management because we believe you've already done the hard work of planning your celebration. Our role is to step in, bring every moving piece together, and professionally manage your day from beginning to end — coordinating vendors, overseeing timelines, and solving the unexpected before it becomes a problem.

With over a decade of experience in luxury event management, our founder has overseen hundreds of weddings across New York, New England, and beyond. She built Local 120 Events because she believed the industry needed a service that was deeply personal, rigorously professional, and focused entirely on the day itself — not the months of planning that came before it.
